CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. To change currencies, select a currency at the bottom of the website.

Checkout is displayed and processed in the currency selected while browsing the website. Lumitus accepts payments from all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. When selecting PayPal as a payment method you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. Order total is charged to your credit card in the currency selected while browsing the website. Prices in currencies other than Canadian Dollars are automatically displayed at the most current exchange rate.

 

PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, within 3 business days of when they are placed. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders placed during holidays or particularly high volume times may take slightly longer to process.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot reroute packages once they are shipped. Orders may not be modified or cancelled after being placed. Lumitus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

 

RETURNS

Lumitus gladly accepts returns of full priced goods within 10 days of the delivery date.

Discounted items and items purchased with a sale offer are final sale and cannot be returned.

To begin the return process send an email to info@lumitus.com stating your order number and reason for return request. You will receive instructions on how to continue with the return process. Please follow the instructions given while sending your returned items back to Lumitus, avoiding any discrepancies. Items returned to us without prior contact and approval will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in perfect condition with tags attached. Items must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. If found to be in unsatisfactory condition returned items will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.

Once received by Lumitus, returned items will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive an email regarding the status of your refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable as the amount has already been paid to the shipping company and will be deducted from your refund. Customs charges or taxes on international returns cannot be compensated by Lumitus.

In the case of receiving a flawed item, please send an email to info@lumitus.com promptly after delivery.
